Step 1

Hold the volume button and power button at the same time combining them.  

Step 2

 The button should be hold within 5 to 15 seconds in order for changes in a device ability to be in a normal way.

 Step 3

 Wait until the device turn on and then proceed with normal personal activities on your device.
